The Quirinal Palace, where the Italian Head of State resides, is located on the Quirinal Hill, one of the Seven Hills of Rome. Its a grandiose building with a façade that has a very interesting decorative element: the beautiful portal realized in 1615 by Carlo Maderno and overhung by the Loggia of Blessing realized in 1638 by Bernini. Inside there are several room paited by many great artists and a wide courtyard, at the end of which, a high clock tower rises.
